Section 1
Abbreviation, Extension and Commencement
: (1) The name of this Act is "Prevention of Organized Crime Act, 2070".
(2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal and shall also be applicable to persons residing outside Nepal who have committed organized crimes against Nepali or Nepali citizens.
(3) This Act shall come into force immediately.
